Snowy Picture or Tracking Problems.  If your video was recorded in the slowest speed, the LP mode, and you cannot “track” or adjust the playback to a clear picture or if you are seeing a snowy picture, call us at (800) 694-7770.

Broken shell or twisted tape. If the tape inside the cassette has been damaged in any way, it could cause harm your VCR or the tape itself; in addition, once the VCR is damaged, it could damage other precious tapes as well.

If your video shell is missing a door, or has pressure cracks in it from being stepped on, or if the sun has melted it from leaving it on a heat source, then the inside tape spool should be reloaded into a new manufacturer's approved shell. Contact us at (800) 694-7770.
